The following applies to consumers (natural persons purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business or profession) resident in the EU/EEA. Business customers: see section 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (for multi-part deliveries: the last part).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Shelax IT Services OÜ, Paavli tn 5a/1, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail hakan@superpreisse.com, phone +49 176 45159468) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal, to the return address we name in our reply. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned by normal parcel post (pallet freight), the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150–600 within the EU depending on size and destination. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or consumables/reagents with a short shelf life.
