Where we ship
Our goods are stored at a logistics hub in Western Europe and ship EU-wide and worldwide. Within the EU there are no customs formalities. For destinations outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Middle East, Asia) the recipient is the importer of record and pays any import duties, customs clearance fees and import VAT of the destination country.

The exact shipping price is stated in your quote or at checkout. Items are professionally packed; large systems are crated on pallets. Collection (EXW) from the hub is possible by arrangement.
Payment
Advance bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) in EUR to the account on the invoice. Goods are dispatched after the payment has been received. On request we issue a pro-forma invoice for your purchasing department. Additional payment methods may be offered at checkout.
VAT
EU businesses with a valid VAT ID: 0% (intra-Community supply). EU consumers: VAT of the country of delivery is included (OSS). Outside the EU: 0% export; local import VAT applies at the destination.
